Welcome to DramaChill. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and DramaChill, a service operated by MM Holdings ("DramaChill", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the DramaChill websites, applications, and streaming services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use the Service. The Service contains mature, dramatized content intended for adult audiences only and is not directed to children. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
DramaChill provides on-demand streaming of short-form vertical dramas, reels, and serialized originals. We continually add, update, and remove titles, features, and functionality. We may also offer the Service through native mobile applications and other platforms. We do not guarantee that any particular title, feature, or episode will remain available.
To access most features you must create an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.
DramaChill offers paid weekly passes, currently Weekly Basic ($1.99/week) and Weekly VIP ($4.99/week). Pricing, plan names, and benefits may change; current pricing is shown at sign-up. By starting a paid membership you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring weekly basis until you cancel.
We may offer a free tier that lets you watch a limited number of episodes (currently the first five episodes of a series) at no charge. After the free allowance, free viewers may be required to view advertisements—including rewarded video ads—to unlock additional episodes. Weekly Basic includes light advertising. Weekly VIP is ad-free. Advertisements may be served by third-party advertising partners; see our Privacy Policy for details on advertising data.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you will retain access through the end of your current paid period. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods or unwatched content.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream content for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service and all content, titles, artwork, trademarks, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to DramaChill and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Some content is produced using artificial-intelligence tools and is original to DramaChill. "DramaChill" and related marks are our trademarks; you may not use them without our prior written permission.
The Service relies on and integrates third-party providers (for example, for payments, hosting, video delivery, email, and advertising). Your use of those features may be subject to the providers' terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DRAMACHILL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DramaChill and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your membership at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
